A psychiatric evaluation is a 60 minute clinical assessment reviewing symptoms, medical/family history, and using screenings to diagnose mental health conditions. We create a tailored treatment plan which may include therapy, medication management, or both. We also discuss ways to improve mental and overall health.

This is a 30 minute appointment that allows us to review how the treatment plan is working for you and determine if any changes need to be made to help you reach your mental health goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive therapy are included in this appointment.

Do I need a referral to begin therapy?
No referral is required. Simply choose a service, complete a brief intake form, and schedule your first appointment at a time that suits you.
Are your sessions secure and confidential?
Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant video platforms and encrypted data storage to protect your privacy, ensuring all communications remain confidential.
What condtions do you treat?
We treat conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
